I tried to submit a question at the online, but there wasn't an email address available. I went to one store, then had to go to another store because I couldn't believe it the first time. No one there knew how to do online banking!?! That's what I was told. The second store said the computers were down. The ATM was out of paper, and they couldn't help it. The reviews for this bank are incredibly negative. I want to give them a second chance because am hoping they are simply being preferential to those in the military..? -ay-
