Horrible bank know from experience i work here


This has got to be the worst bank ever i work at fcb for 2 years is been the worst experience of my life the customer service is a joke all the employees ever do is txt on the teller line make personal calls while the a line of customers make the customer look stupid even to the point of calling the customer inappropriate name right to there faces and my boss is a racist pedophile always flirting with the little girl at the store and making them feel extremely uncomfortable and hr never does anything about it not even the BBB they should shut this bank down and that's not even the worst all the fake account the branch gets that's all C I P violations aka illegal but i cant do nothing about it because he always threats to fire me and all the B D we do are at strip clubs how the hell is that professional we are also talking about a guy that cheats on his wife 24/7 this is a total nightmare
