    Greetings, I tried to submit a question at the online, but there wasn't an email address available. I went to one store, then had to go to another store because I couldn't believe it the first time. No one there knew how to do online banking!?! That's what I was told. The second store said the computers were down. The ATM was out of paper, and they couldn't help it. The reviews for this bank are incredibly negative. I want to give them a second chance because am hoping they are simply being preferential to those in the military..? -ay- More...

  • Bad service at one of your locations

    I was in your bank on 10/2/11 at 3:45p. There was one teller helping two people open an acct. A line formed and three people were waiting to be served for quite awhile. The teller at work was Stephanie and she has always been very helpful. She apologized for the wait a couple of times. Me and the others waiting saw two people come into the side door of the bank and walk to the back area and close the door. They remained back there for at least 10-15mins, without attempting to help any customer. Stephanie knocked on their door and said help was needed. Still noone came to help for another... More...
  • overdraft fees and funds availability

    first convenience bank has put a hold on a deposit saying it over $1000 when i have made about 3 deposits from the same person and it has gone thru without a problem. called customer service and they say to call the persons bank for them to send them a fax with their letter head saying the funds is available etc when the teller had already done that and approved the funds availability to my alc. this is just the bank getting overdraft fees and keeping the money to get interest too. this is a bunch of bull. I will go on tv or radio or talk to whoever to have this bank do the right thing. More...

  • Excessive Charges

    Yes, my account had many pending charges, all processed on the same evening which resulted in 8 yes 8 overdraft charges in the amount of $279.76. But, a large deposit was made on the 13th, which was not included be because it was made after their 2:00pm business day cut-off. Yes cut-offs due occur, but the deposit should have been taken into consideration. Covering the overdraft charges is called customer service when the customer is addressing the situation prior, but the charges were still assessed. More...
