First Convenience Bank Complaint

On 04/18/2015 went to FCB to deposit a check for $1500 $150 cash, employee at branch made a mistake and added cash with check. Manager at Branch noticed error and tried to cancel and re-run transaction twice at that point made my account go into $-814.xx. 04/19/2015 went into make a purchase at store, card got declined THREE times total embarrassment and humiliation for me. Called customer service for FCB got hung up twice third time spoke with a rep which was giving me wrong information and could not explain OD when given balances and dates of transactions, requested to speak to a Supervisor was told i would get call same day, never did. Went into branch and spoke with manager Flor which she confirmed error of double transaction and OD fee, promised OD fee would be taken care of and check would clear on 04/22. 04/19 check balances with my account again went from 486.xx to $133.xx went into branch one more time was told that the initial $200 released from the check were taken back and now the whole $1500 were on hold for 7 days manager stated she did not know why. Called CS and by error got put on three way with Loss Mitigation Department at that time the LMD stated that it was put on hold for OD when she found out i was on the line she said she would transfer us to Supervisor but got disconnected instead. I have been given 1.Wrong Information 2.Terrible Treatment & Run Around 3. Emotional Distress & Humiliation from initial error. I think we should start a petition to have this bank either scrutinized for their bad habits!!!
